Well in Merica we call it soccer but I will call it football :D. I started following football/soccer this summer during the world cup. I was a Real Madrid fan before ACTUALLY following it and I still am a fan but I really fell in love with Everton. Such a composed, mature team who is very underrated. What is your favorite team/teams?

For me it makes no sense since the whole thing is based on money. I know that you need more than money to make a good team, but without money its nearly impossible. So why should i be fan of smth that just buys and sells, where everything changes without a clear tradition. It´s nothing more than an app store. The only thing that doesnt change in a soccer team is the symbol & the name. Why would i be fan of a symbol and a name? I know there is a little more than that, but overall it seems to me that everybody is just choosing a club to identify with smth and then getting bound to the idea of it. So it´s more like doing a bet as to be fan of something.
I understand it with music or with filmmakers for example, cuz then you are fan of a certain style and of what certain persons are doing. But tell me how this worx in soccer, i want to understand it better. Why do you like your fav teams (over years)?
