F1, I understand dark's situation, He is a nice player, plays fairplay and all. I see potential in his english which can improve soon :).

F1 for me too.

TAG using is understandable due to the CM. He was with Vulture so for me, it's not abusive.
Moreover, Gurken used to wear the tag last week & none said anything. I think that we should be more clear about that in our rules...

Concerning his leaves, well, could be nice to have a post from him to explain the situation (not on details, but just to make sure that he'll not leave again after 2 days -.- )
As B2K said, very nice partner for Vulture.
Hack rumours shouldn't make us against someone. We can't based our decisions on rumours even if we have to be aware of them & be carreful.

Already in denied section...ok...

I totally agree with Dam's, I exactly know the situation for the closure of darks apps. I don't want to want to say the situation in Public, come see me in ts3 and I can explain it to you. What is this? Hate for Brazilians? Why are we so 'lenient' on German players? Yes, we know quite a few hack that are from Brazil but this guy doesn't. I have seen him around for 6 months, his behavior is the same to all, even when I was in different alias, a great encouraging player.

That goes in with a job for you both: you will grow him up. You will be his caretakers. The same job me & para have for vulture.
You will teach him how to behave, not ot hack if he does, not to clan-hop anymore and speak with him english that he can learn this, contact jamz and send demos etc... (this includes searchin the AC forum for any hint about this and ask other clans for opinion)

Lets try it!!! :) New Parents for dark, yeeee!

...and on top of this both will take the responsibility for the clan reputation, cuz 1 hackin-scandal is not enough :) and to tell all people they call us then hacker-clan that this isnt true.

If we had known this with vulture, we would have never taken him in trial, we only do our duty cuz he is in.

btw... we have clear rules for the tag.

In trial you have to wear the tag. After trial you can play as what you want but pls not all the time. Would be nice to see the players with tag sometimes :)

I wanna end here this "i am new in the clan, pls show me the proof about everything what before me thing"

i sensed this attitude with some members and the only thing i have to say: NO!

1. I am no library assistant.
2. Why are you in this clan if you dont trust us? Its annoying.
3. & its simply not possible to tell everything what happened here in one year. We can have always a smalltalk about this, but its not our duty to prove here anything.
