You can either use standard BBCode manually to create colors:

[ green ] Yaaay [ /green ] (without spaces)

becomes

Yaaay

or you can use the reply button under one of the posts in the thread to access some interface options on top of the reply box, there should be colors and different buttons for fat and italic text, images, videos etc. - If you click on these it just adds the necessary code where the cursor is in your text (the blinking bar). You can either remember these code blocks to add them manually in the future or use the interface.
