strange thing - guessing game- :D

So, a while back I walked my dogs through my neighbours forest and noticed a hollow point under the ground. Next to it is a shed so
I thought it probably were pipes or electric wires for the shed, still thought it was strange as it was so hidden under the sand.

So I went today to check because I was curious and found

... a blue rubbish bag...


I didnt have a torch light nor anyone to hold the metal cover while I check whats in there so I will be checking tomorrow evening with a mate ... what do you suspect? :D


(the bag wasnt up-side down and halffull so it's not to protect anything from water)

I'm not really sure what that was - it was a pipe in that bag but no idea what it could be usefull for, especially at that location :D
