how old are you?
where do you come from?
do you speak english fluently?
do you have a microphone?
are you able to do something for the clan voluntary?

We discussed a minimum age for a long time and we have to make the decision for the future.
It's just too risky to accept a new trial that age in the current state without knowing him.

Of course he can play with us and visit us in TS all the time.

Sorry, just too young for me. We do look more after mature players. Its nothing personal but we had a lot of problems in this clan and age was a major fact in this.
